The application does not own, manufacture, or store any products. Therefore, product quality and condition remain the sole responsibility of the stores.
Customers may request a refund or compensation only in the following cases:
Wrong Order:
Receiving an item that is completely different from what was ordered.
Damaged Item:
The order arrives in a clearly damaged or unusable condition upon delivery.
Undelivered Order:
If the order was confirmed but never delivered.
Refunds or compensation will not be granted in the following situations:
