🔄 Refund Policy – SdRd App

Effective Date: 27/03/2026


1. Nature of Service

SdRd operates strictly as a digital delivery intermediary between customers, stores, and drivers.
The application does not own, manufacture, or store any products. Therefore, product quality and condition remain the sole responsibility of the stores.


2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Compensation

Customers may request a refund or compensation only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Order:
    Receiving an item that is completely different from what was ordered.

  2. Damaged Item:
    The order arrives in a clearly damaged or unusable condition upon delivery.

  3. Undelivered Order:
    If the order was confirmed but never delivered.


3. Non‑Eligible Cases ❌

Refunds or compensation will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The customer entered an incorrect delivery location or failed to respond to the driver upon arrival.
  • The store prepared the order and the customer refused to accept or pay for it.
  • Perishable items (such as food and beverages) are non‑refundable once delivered.
  • Any order that was successfully delivered based on the customer’s provided information.

4. Refund & Compensation Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted through in‑app chat or customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The case will be reviewed by the administration in coordination with the store and driver.
  • If the request is approved, one of the following actions will be taken:
    • Compensation via in‑app wallet credit.
    • Refund through the original payment method used.

5. Additional Responsibilities

  • Fake orders, repeated refusal to pay, or abuse of the refund system may result in:
    • Account suspension or termination
    • Rejection of future refund requests
  • Delivery fees are non‑refundable once delivery has been successfully completed.

6. Disclaimer

  • SdRd is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information provided by users.
  • All refund decisions are subject to final review by SdRd management.
