• To facilitate communication between customers, stores, and drivers through the in‑app chat feature

• Order details (such as name, phone number, and delivery location) are shared only with the selected store or restaurant for the purpose of preparing the order.
• The same details are shared with the assigned driver solely for delivering the order to the specified location.
• Stores and drivers are strictly prohibited from using user data for any purpose outside order fulfillment.
• SdRd does not sell or rent user data to any third party.
• Certain data may be shared with trusted partners (such as electronic payment gateways) only to complete financial transactions.
• We may disclose user data if required by law, official authorities, or to protect the rights of the application or its users.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on secure servers.
• We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation.
• Users acknowledge that the use of electronic applications involves technical risks, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
• In‑app chats may be reviewed and monitored by the administration to ensure service quality, prevent abuse, and protect all parties.

• You may request permanent account deactivation by contacting customer support.

• SdRd shall not be liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or misleading information provided by users.
