SdRd is a locally developed Omani delivery application founded in Al Kamil wa Al Wafi in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, Sultanate of Oman
The application aims to connect customers with restaurants, cafés, retail stores, pharmacies, local businesses, home based businesses, and individuals through an easy to use digital platform designed to simplify ordering and delivery services

SdRd does not own, manufacture, store, or sell the products listed by merchants and does not control the products or their contents
The application provides the digital infrastructure and technology required to facilitate orders, communication, payment processing, and delivery services between the relevant parties

SdRd does not own the products displayed by merchants and does not manufacture, store, or sell those products
Instead, SdRd provides the digital platform that connects the customer with the merchant and courier and facilitates the ordering and delivery process
The merchant remains responsible for the products, prices, descriptions, availability, quality, preparation, and compliance with applicable requirements relating to the products offered through the platform
One of the important principles adopted by SdRd is that the price of a product displayed in the application should be the same as the price charged by the merchant
Merchants should not increase the price of their products simply because the products are being offered through SdRd
SdRd follows a business model based on relatively low and reasonable commissions charged to participating merchants, which is intended to reduce the need for merchants to increase their product prices because of using the platform
This approach is designed to provide a fairer experience for both merchants and customers
The customer should therefore be able to order a product at the merchant’s applicable price while paying the delivery fee and any other applicable charges that are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed
Merchants registered with SdRd are expected to maintain accurate and consistent product pricing and should not intentionally increase prices on the application solely because of the use of SdRd
If SdRd identifies an unexplained or unjustified difference between a merchant’s applicable price and the price displayed in the application, SdRd may review the merchant’s account and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies and agreements
This may include requesting the merchant to correct the displayed price, temporarily restricting certain products, suspending the merchant account, or taking other appropriate measures where necessary
SdRd aims to maintain a business model with reasonable commissions for merchants
Our objective is to create a balanced relationship between customers, merchants, couriers, and the platform
By keeping merchant commissions at reasonable levels, SdRd seeks to help merchants maintain competitive product prices while benefiting from the additional customer reach and delivery services provided through the application

The applicable delivery charges are presented to the customer before the order is confirmed according to the pricing system available in the application
SdRd supports electronic payment methods provided through payment service providers used by the application
Electronic payments allow customers to complete eligible transactions through available payment methods
Where applicable, payment processing fees or charges may be added to an electronic payment transaction in accordance with the applicable payment method and payment service provider
Any applicable payment related charge should be displayed to the customer through the payment interface before the payment is completed
The amount displayed by the payment gateway at the time of payment represents the amount required to complete the electronic payment transaction
The applicable fees may vary depending on the payment method used and the payment service provider
