❌ Cancellation Policy – SdRd App

Effective Date: 27/03/2026

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers may cancel an order before the store starts preparing it without any charges.
• If the order is canceled after preparation has started, the customer must pay the full order value (excluding delivery fees).
• If the driver has already picked up the order, the customer must pay the full order value plus delivery fees.

2. Order Cancellation by Store

• If the store is unable to fulfill the order (e.g., item out of stock), the order will be canceled.
• The customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
• The customer will be notified immediately through the app or in‑app chat.

3. Order Cancellation by Driver

• If the driver cancels before picking up the order, the order will be reassigned to another driver.
• If the driver delays or fails to comply, the customer may contact support to request:
  • Redelivery
  • or compensation of delivery fees, subject to case review

4. Special Cases ❗

• Fake or intentionally duplicated orders will result in account suspension and rejection of future orders.
• Failure of the customer to respond upon driver arrival will be treated as a completed order, and the full amount will be charged.
• Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of delivery location and contact details.

5. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

• For electronic payments, refunds will be issued to:
  • The in‑app wallet
  • or the original payment method
    within 2–5 business days.
• For cash payments, compensation will be credited to the in‑app wallet.

6. Disclaimer

• SdRd reserves the right to assess each cancellation request individually.
• SdRd is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information provided by users.
• All cancellation and refund decisions are subject to final review by SdRd management.
